Our Story

0.01% BETTER was born out of a passion for self-improvement and a desire to help others make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. Our founder, Anna, began her wellness journey at just 15, seeking ways to overcome challenges and grow. She discovered the transformative power of journaling and found a gap in the market for a product that truly combined everything she was looking for. After two years of development, the 0.01% BETTER journal was created, not just as a product, but as a movement towards continual growth.

At 0.01% BETTER, we believe that small, consistent steps lead to big changes. Our mission is to empower individuals, especially young women, to take control of their wellness journeys. We aim to create a supportive community where everyone can share their experiences, grow together, and achieve personal goals. We provide tools like our wellness journal and online community to help you become just a little bit better every day.

Anna is not just the founder but also a fellow traveler on the path of self-growth. Currently studying psychology with a minor in nutrition at UVU, she’s working towards certifications in personal training and health coaching. Her dedication to wellness extends beyond academics to her lifestyle. Anna is driven by a passion for fitness, journaling, mental health, and a commitment to help others through what she has learned on her journey.

Anna's Story

This is my story. When I was 15, I began struggling with my mental health. I knew I didn’t want to continue feeling the way I did, which led me to start my wellness journey. A key part of that journey was discovering the power of journaling.

It all began with something simple: each day, I wrote down three things I was grateful for. This small practice had a profound impact on me. It transformed my mindset from one of negativity to one of gratitude and positivity. Inspired by this shift, I dove deeper into journaling, eventually keeping three different journals—one for daily gratitude, one for my goals, and one for answering journal prompts.

At some point, it struck me: why was I using three separate journals when I could have everything in one? I searched for a simple, all-in-one solution, but nothing fit my needs. That’s when I thought, "Why don’t I create my own?" And that’s how 0.01% BETTER was born.

Throughout my journey, I focused on small, daily improvements, knowing they would compound over time and shape the life I envisioned. I constantly reminded myself to do something each day that would make me just 0.01% better than the day before. By committing to this practice, I’ve been able to shift my mindset, become more mindful, and achieve my goals.
